Terms of Service

By accessing or using Vega Options ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Vega Options is a web-based options chain analysis tool that displays market data for informational and educational purposes. The Service is operated by J & M Ventures LLC, doing business as Vega Options.

2. Early Access

The Service is currently in an early access period. Access is granted manually on a per-user basis following payment. Early access is limited to 10 users. Access is provided for a fixed 30-day period with no automatic renewal. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to active users.

3. Not Financial Advice

Everything displayed on Vega Options is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or any other form of professional financial guidance. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and is delayed a minimum of 15 minutes.

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Vega Options and its operators assume no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using this platform.

4. Accounts and Access

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You agree not to share your login with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

During early access, payment is processed via Stripe as a one-time charge of $5 USD. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing. Founding Member pricing of $5/mo will be honored at full commercial launch for users who completed early access.

All payments are final. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service
Share, resell, or redistribute access to your account
Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, analysis logic, and software comprising Vega Options are owned by J & M Ventures LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vega Options and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
